Sledge dogs in Kangerlussuaq.
All the sledge dogs in Kangerlussuaq are in a very big fencing outside the town.
Dogs are not allowed in the town, because they make a lot of noise.
The dogs are only used for work. As they sit in the sun, they look very nice, but they are not raised as pets, and they never has been. This means that some are aggressive.
In summertime they are not used for anything. It's too hot for them to work.
The dogs on the picture, are the original Greenlandic sledge dogs.
