Part of the Bangsbo Museum.
Behind these 250 years old walls of the Bangsbo Museum, you find ”The maritime department” with the exceptional Nordic type of ship from 1163, found in the river Elling Aa; it also contains a unique collection of figureheads and models.
There also is “The World War II department” with extensive collections of weapons, uniforms and civilian effects which gives a description of the Danish everyday during the war.
You also find “The vehicle collection” with a large collection of horse-drawn urban vehicles such as mail coach, landaus, phaetons, hearses, and sledges from the past 400 years.
In the main building of the museum, you find “The town history collection” with pictures, models, furniture, a complete office from 1880, an entire room, and articles for everyday use, tools and toys.
